1. Scope of Service

Clean Studio offers products created using additive manufacturing technology (3D printing). Each product is made to order or in small batches. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations or micro-imperfections are inherent characteristics of the production process and do not constitute conformity defects.

2. Orders and Production

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation via Stripe. As these are On-Demand products, production times may vary from 2 to 7 working days. Any delays due to production peaks or machine maintenance will be communicated promptly.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are indicated in Euros (€). Payment is made exclusively through secure Stripe circuits (Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Clean Studio does not store your credit card data.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note: The right of withdrawal is excluded for clearly personalized products or those made to specific customer requests (custom colors or off-catalog sizes).

5. Use and Liability

Our products are made of PLA (bioplastic). PLA has low thermbtnProal resistance: do not expose the products to temperatures above 50°C (e.g., inside a car under the sun, dishwashers, near heat sources) as they may warp. Clean Studio is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D models, and content on this site are original works resulting from the creative, technical, and manual reworking by the author (Clean Studio). The author exclusively holds the copyright and commercial exploitation rights over the final works provided. The reproduction, distribution, or resale of digital files in any form is strictly prohibited.

7. Partner Program and Commercial Licenses

Users subscribed to the 'Partner Program' (monthly subscription) obtain official commercial authorization to sell physical 3D-printed products made from digital files provided by Clean Studio. The following additional rules apply:

  • Digital Files: The resale, sharing, or modification of digital files (STL, 3MF, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
  • License Validity: The commercial license is valid and legally binding only during the active subscription period.
  • Fan Art and Intellectual Property (IP): Clean Studio grants commercial rights exclusively to its original 3D modeling work. Clean Studio DOES NOT own the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of third-party characters or brands ('Fan Art' designs). The licensed Partner assumes all legal risks and responsibilities for any copyright infringement claims raised by the original IP holders during the sale of the physical products.
